Joining the Botpress partner ecosystem begins with an Affiliate application. We'll ask a few brief questions about how you plan to share Botpress with your audience and how familiar you are with the platform.

Anyone can apply — whether you're a freelancer, agency, content creator, or builder. Your affiliate link is your entry point, and your first step toward a deeper partnership.

Strategic and high-touch partnerships — including co-selling opportunities, advanced implementation support, and executive-level engagement — are offered by invitation to those who've proven their value.

How does the Botpress partner program work?

Everyone starts as an Affiliate — it's free, open to all, and the entry point for every partnership. As an Affiliate, you earn commission by referring new Botpress users through your unique link.

From there, agencies and freelancers who are actively delivering Botpress projects for clients can apply to become a Certified Partner. Partners who build a strong track record unlock additional benefits and support. The highest tier — Premier — is invitation-only, extended to partners who've demonstrated exceptional, sustained results.

How do I become certified as a partner?

Once you've completed your first few Botpress clients project, you may be elifigible for Certified Partner status. We'll review your work, and if needed, suggest improvements or best practices before confirming certification.

The best way to get started is to register your first project early — that way it's properly attributed to you and you can reach out for support along the way. If you have questions or need help getting a project across the line, contact [email protected].

How do I receive commission?

Commissions for both Affiliates and Partners are managed through PartnerStack, which handles tracking, reporting, and monthly payouts automatically.

Affiliate links are generated and tracked via PartnerStack. Partners must register their deals on PartnerStack in order to earn commission.

Does commission include AI Spend?

Since Botpress offers AI Spend — the charge to call an LLM API — at zero mark-up, it is not eligible for commission. 100% of AI Spend goes directly to the user's LLM provider of choice.

How much can I earn?

All partners and affiliates earn 30% commission on everything their referred users or clients spend on Botpress (excluding AI Spend) for the first 12 months.
